Preschool Classes and Programs by Site 2023-2024 School Year 

Poway Unified School District offers Tuition-Based Preschool and
State-Funded and Head Start Preschool programs.

Tuition Based: Part-day 2-day or 3-day weekly:

License Exempt Information (click here)
Parent Participation/ Non Participation
PART-DAY: Del Sur, Shoal Creek, Sunset Hills 
Part-day starts August 16, 2023 (4 year-olds) and August 17, 2023 (3-year olds)
 

Tuition Based: Part-Day 5-days weekly:

5- days a week, 3.5 hour classes (3 and 4 year olds):
Deer Canyon, Garden Road, Stone Ranch and Valley**
Hours vary by site
**Valley is our Spanish Immersion program 

Tuition Based Full-Day:

Licensed Classrooms (subject to Community Care Licensing Guidelines)
7:30 am - 5:30pm: Adobe Bluffs,  Creekside, Del Sur, Design39C*, Highland Ranch, Monterey Ridge*, Morning Creek***, Park Village*, Rolling Hills, Stone Ranch*, Westview High*, Westwood, Willow Grove*

10-month Full-Day starts August 16, 2023
*14-month Full-Day starts June 15, 2023 
*** Morning Creek hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm

State-Funded Preschool:

Licensed Classrooms (subject to Community Care Licensing Guidelines)
3-hour Programs: Del Norte HS, Rolling Hills 
6-hour Programs: Los Peñasquitos, Sundance, Pomerado, and Valley
Programs start August 17, 2022, except for Valley which starts August 1, 2022
