About Our Enrollment and Registration Process
A child must be three years old on or before the first day of class in August of the applicable academic school year. Children who turn three years old after the first day of school may still be considered for enrollment. The District Office will determine start dates for younger children on a case-by-case basis, pending the availability of an open spot in the preschool classroom.
An email address and internet access will be required to create an account to complete an online application. Only one application can be submitted per child. All information provided on the application is subject to verification. Falsifying any of the information may disqualify the applicant from participating in the preschool program.

Steps for Enrollment Process

| Step 1: Submit a Preschool Online Enrollment Packet: Parent Vue | Complete the online enrollment packet during the enrollment window attaching required documentation. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the Preschool Department to review the packet. If your packet is incomplete, missing documents or needs follow up, you will receive an email with further instructions. |
| Step 2: Site Location Preference Placement | Once the online enrollment packet is reviewed and accepted, the Preschool Department will notify you by the email address you used on your online enrollment packet and provide you with a link to our Application Management System (AMS) for your family to select your site locations of interest. |
| Step 3: Availability of Spots | If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email from the Application Management System (AMS) of a spot available. Your family will need to accept or decline it within the specified timeframe (often within 48 hours of notification). If your child is waitlisted and a spot becomes available at a later time during the school year, your family will be contacted by our Preschool Department. |
| Step 4: Appointment to Finalize Registration | The Preschool Department will provide options of dates and times for you to schedule the final step in the enrollment process and eligibility. The meeting will be approx. 30 to 45 minutes. All paperwork and documentation with be reviewed to finalize eligibility for our preschool programs. |
| Step 5: Pay Registration and/or Set Up Billing (Fee Based) | After completing registration, you will pay the non-refundable registration fee and set up monthly tuition payments (often through ProCare). Instructions for payment setup and online billing are provided by the preschool office. |
